Operator and agreement
These terms govern the OmeoChat mobile app and supporting services operated by CALQUORS PRIVATE LIMITED (Calquors). Contact support@calquors.com for questions or complaints. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Mobile use requires an account. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and take responsibility for your activity. Username and profile changes are subject to the limits displayed in the app. We may restrict access where an account appears to belong to a minor.
Using the service
Use OmeoChat lawfully and respect the Community Guidelines, consent, privacy and intellectual property rights. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, share unlawful content, bypass restrictions or interfere with the service. You decide what to share with strangers and other members.
Content and permissions
You are responsible for content you submit and must have permission to share it. You allow us to host, process and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure and moderate the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Recipients may retain independent copies. Do not record or distribute another user’s content without consent.
Calls, rooms and location
Features depend on permissions, network conditions and availability. Calls may fail or disconnect. A public room map pin is optional and can reveal its starting location and accuracy circle to other users. OmeoChat is not an emergency communication service. Contact local emergency services when urgent assistance is required.
OmeoChat Plus subscriptions
Plus is optional. Store checkout shows the available plan, price, billing period and renewal conditions. Subscriptions renew according to store terms unless canceled. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play; deleting the app or your account does not cancel them. Refund requests are subject to applicable store rules and consumer law. Restore eligible purchases using the appropriate store account. Benefits depend on verified purchase status.
Shared accounts and deletion
Calquors services may use a shared account and profile. Changes or deletion can affect connected services. Delete the shared account in Profile > Settings > Account Center > Delete account, or request help at support@calquors.com. Limited records may be retained for lawful safety, transaction or legal purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Moderation and service changes
We may remove content or restrict or terminate access for rule violations, safety or legal reasons. Features may change or be discontinued. Contact support@calquors.com with relevant account information if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Do not send passwords or illegal imagery.
Ownership and third parties
The app software, branding and service materials belong to Calquors or their respective licensors. You may use the app for its intended purposes subject to these terms. Third-party sign-in, maps, store billing and other integrated services may have additional terms. Do not imply that OmeoChat is affiliated with another entity unless that relationship is expressly established.
Availability and your rights
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, successful matching or the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact support@calquors.com to raise a concern. Changes to these terms will show a new date, with additional notice where required by law.
