OmeoChat Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion in the app
In OmeoChat, open Profile > Settings > Account Center > Delete account and confirm. This deletes the shared account and linked data managed by the service. It can also affect connected Calquors services using that same account.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@calquors.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject OmeoChat account deletion and include your username if known. Ask us to delete your account and associated data. Do not send your password. We may verify account ownership before processing the request. You do not need to reinstall the app to email this request.
Data affected and retained
Deletion removes the account, profile and linked records managed by the service. Limited transaction, security, moderation or legal records may need to be retained while needed for those purposes. Copies independently retained by other users are outside our control. See the Privacy Policy for details about retention and your rights.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage and cancel it in Google Play using the store account that purchased it.
